இணர்எரி தோய்வன்ன இன்னா செயினும் புணரின் வெகுளாமை நன்று.

Though one commit things against you as painful (to bear) as if a bundle of fire had been thrust upon you, it will be well, to refrain, if possible, from anger

பலச் சுடர்களை உடைய பெரு நெருப்பில் தோய்வது போன்ற துன்பத்தை ஒருவன் செய்த போதிலும் கூடுமானால் அவன் மேல் சினங் கொள்ளாதிருத்தல் நல்லது.

சாலமன் பாப்பையா

பல சுடரை உடைய பெருநெருப்பு நம் மீது பட்டது போன்ற தீமையை ஒருவன் நமக்குச் செய்தாலும், நம்மால் கோபம் கொள்ளாதிருக்க முடியுமானால் அது நம் உடலுக்கும் நல்லது.
