ஒருவன் அன்பு இல்லாதவனாய், அமைந்த துணை இல்லாதடனாய், தானும் வலிமை இல்லாதவனாய் இருந்தால், அவன் பகைவனுடைய வலிமையை எவ்வாறு ஒழிக்க முடியும்.

மக்களிடத்தில் அன்பு இல்லாத, வலுவான துணையும் இல்லாத, ஆற்றலும் அற்ற அரசின்மீது ஆற்றல் மிக்க பகை வந்தால், அப்பகையின் வலி‌மையை எப்படி அழிக்க முடியும்?
