The Generous Cloud

In a peaceful village called Green Valley, a young boy named Leo lived with his grandfather. At the heart of the village was a vast, sparkling lake that never seemed to run dry. One afternoon, a giant, fluffy cloud drifted over the lake. To Leo's amazement, the cloud seemed to soak up the lake's water, rising higher and higher into the sky. As the cloud moved away, the lake began to shrink, and the fish grew worried. Leo asked his grandfather, 'Grandpa, why didn't the cloud give the water back?' His grandfather replied kindly, 'Leo, taking is not the problem; the problem is when we keep what we have taken and refuse to give it back. Just like the lake needs the rain to stay full, people need kindness to stay happy.' A few days later, the cloud returned, heavy and dark, pouring down refreshing rain. The lake filled up once more, and the village rejoiced. Leo realized that true greatness lies in sharing what we have received.
