The Strength of Silence

In a peaceful valley lived a young man named Arjun. He was known for his kindness, but he had a rival named Vikram. Vikram was a jealous man who constantly tried to humiliate Arjun in front of the villagers. One day, Vikram spread a lie that Arjun had stolen a precious heirloom. The villagers whispered, and Arjun's friends urged him, 'Arjun, why don't you fight back? Show him your strength!' But Arjun chose a different path. He did not react with anger. Instead, he continued to treat Vikram with politeness and respect, even when Vikram was unkind. Vikram thought Arjun was weak and became even more arrogant. Years passed. Vikram, driven by greed, made several poor decisions that led him into deep trouble and isolation. On the other hand, Arjun’s patience and hard work had made him a respected leader in the valley. When Vikram, now broken and alone, came to seek help, Arjun did not seek revenge. He simply helped Vikram correct his ways. In doing so, Vikram’s pride crumbled naturally.
