The Endless Horizon

In a peaceful village lived a young boy named Arjun. Arjun was a brilliant student who spent all his time reading thick books. He often boasted, 'I have read everything! I know how the world works.' One day, the village elder, Mr. Raghav, decided to test him. He asked Arjun a complex question about the stars. Arjun quickly consulted his books and gave a perfect, scholarly answer. The villagers cheered for his intelligence. However, a few days later, Mr. Raghav took Arjun to the forest and pointed at a tiny, unusual insect. 'Arjun, why does this insect sleep only during the rain?' he asked. Arjun searched his memory and his books, but he found no answer. He felt embarrassed. Mr. Raghav gently said, 'Arjun, even the greatest scholars, after studying the most difficult texts, find gaps in their knowledge. To believe you know everything is the greatest ignorance. True wisdom is knowing that there is always more to learn.' Arjun smiled, realizing that his journey of learning had only just begun.
