The Weight of a Grudge

In a peaceful valley, there once lived two boys named Arjun and Vikram. They were inseparable until a silly argument during a school race turned them into bitter rivals. Years passed, and they grew into men. Arjun became a hardworking farmer, while Vikram became a successful merchant in a nearby town. Although they were successful, a dark cloud hung over both of them. Whenever they saw each other, a surge of anger and hatred filled their hearts. One summer, a massive storm hit the valley, flooding Arjun's fields and destroying his livelihood. As Arjun stood helplessly in the rain, Vikram arrived.
