Kavin and the Lesson of the Tummy

In a peaceful village lived a young boy named Kavin. Kavin had a big weakness: he loved food so much that he would eat even when he wasn't hungry. His mother, Meenakshi, always warned him, 'Kavin, wait until your body tells you that your last meal is fully digested before you eat again.' But Kavin would always ignore her. One sunny afternoon, while playing with his friends, Kavin gorged himself on sweets and snacks without feeling truly hungry. Soon, his stomach began to feel heavy and ache. He couldn't run or jump; he just wanted to lie down and cry. Meenakshi sat beside him and said gently, 'Do you see, Kavin? Your body is struggling because you didn't give it time to process what you ate. When you eat too soon, you invite sickness.' Kavin realized that his greed was making him unwell. From that day on, he learned to listen to his body. He waited until he felt truly hungry and ensured his previous meal was settled before eating again. He became the healthiest boy in the village.
