In a vast, green forest, there lived a mighty lion named Leo. One sunny afternoon, Leo was wandering through the bushes, searching for something to eat. Suddenly, he spotted a young deer grazing peacefully in a clearing.
Just as Leo prepared to spring toward his prey, a large bear named Bruno emerged from the thicket. Bruno had also been tracking the deer and wanted it for his lunch.
"Stop right there!" Bruno roared, stepping in front of the deer. "I saw this deer first, so it belongs to me!"
Leo let out a thunderous growl. "Seeing it first doesn't matter! It has wandered into my territory, and everything here is mine!"
Instead of working together to catch the deer, the two powerful animals began to argue loudly. They stood chest to chest, baring their teeth and shouting about who was stronger and who deserved the meal. They were so busy fighting that they didn't notice a small, clever fox named Felix watching them from behind a tree.
While Leo and Bruno were locked in their fierce argument, Felix quietly crept toward the deer. The deer, frightened by the loud shouting, followed the fox into the safety of the deep woods. By the time the lion and the bear stopped fighting to see if they had won, the deer was long gone.
Exhausted and angry, Leo and Bruno realized they had nothing to show for their fight. They had lost their meal because they couldn't agree.
