On a bright afternoon, a young boy named Leo was traveling on a massive airplane with his father. As they soared above the fluffy white clouds, Leo gazed out of the window in pure wonder.
Near them sat an elderly gentleman, a man known for his great wisdom and achievements. Leo, being curious, turned to him and asked, "Sir, you have already achieved so much in life. You are famous and successful. Why do you still work so hard every single day? Don't you want to just rest?"
The gentleman smiled kindly and pointed toward the wing of the plane. "Leo, look at the engines of this aircraft. To reach this incredible height, they had to work with immense power, didn't they?"
"Yes," Leo replied, "they were so loud when we took off!"
"Exactly," the gentleman said. "But look closely now. Now that we are high in the sky, have the engines stopped working?"
Leo watched the engines spinning steadily. "No, they are still running smoothly."
"That is the secret," the gentleman explained. "If the engines stopped just because we reached our cruising altitude, the plane would fall. To stay high and to move forward to our destination, the engines must keep working. Life is the same. Reaching a goal is not the end; it is simply the moment you must start working even smarter to stay there and keep moving forward."
Leo sat back, his eyes bright with realization. He understood that true success wasn't about reaching the top, but about having the strength to keep flying.
