The Heart that Breathes

In a peaceful valley lived a boy named Leo. Leo was clever and fast, but he was often cold toward others. He believed that helping people was a waste of his own time. One afternoon, his friend Maya tripped while running and scraped her knee badly. As Maya cried for help, Leo simply walked past her, thinking only of his own games. That night, Leo had a strange dream. He saw a magnificent, golden statue in a garden. It was beautiful and perfect, but when he tried to hold its hand, it felt cold and lifeless. It was just metal shaped like a human, but it had no warmth. The next morning, Leo saw Maya helping an elderly neighbor carry heavy bags, even though she was still limping. He realized that while he was physically strong, his lack of kindness made him feel as empty as that statue. He understood that a person without love is just a shell of skin and bone. From that day on, Leo began to lead with his heart, finding true life through kindness.
