In a peaceful village lived a young boy named Arjun and his father, Ravi. Ravi owned a small fruit stall. One sunny afternoon, an elderly lady named Mrs. Clara approached the stall. She wanted to buy a small apple. As Arjun handed her the fruit, he blurted out, 'Grandma, this apple is old and tasteless, don't buy it!' Mrs. Clara felt embarrassed and walked away sadly. Ravi saw this and took Arjun to a nearby orchard. There, heavy, golden mangoes hung from the trees, smelling sweet. Ravi said, 'Arjun, using harsh words when you could be kind is like choosing a sour, unripe fruit when sweet, ripe ones are right in front of you. Why choose bitterness when sweetness is available?' Arjun realized his mistake. The next day, when Mrs. Clara returned, Arjun greeted her with a bright smile and said, 'Good morning, Mrs. Clara! This apple is the sweetest one we have today. Please try it!' Seeing her joyful smile, Arjun understood that kind words felt much better than harsh ones.
