The Strength of Silence

In a peaceful village lived a young boy named Arjun. Arjun was bright and talented, but he had one weakness: he lost his temper very easily. His father, a respected potter, was the exact opposite; he was as calm as a still lake. One afternoon, while Arjun was carefully crafting a delicate clay bird for the village festival, a neighbor's boy accidentally bumped into him, causing the bird to shatter on the ground. Arjun took a deep breath and swallowed his anger. Instead of shouting, he simply looked at the broken pieces and started working on a new one. Seeing Arjun's calm reaction, the neighbor's boy felt deeply sorry and brought Arjun some fine clay the next day as an apology. Because Arjun chose patience over anger, the villagers admired not just his art, but his character, and he grew to become a legendary craftsman.
