The Echo of Whispers

In a peaceful village lived a boy named Kavi. Kavi was bright and energetic, but he had one troublesome habit: he loved to gossip. Whenever someone made a small mistake, Kavi would make sure the whole village knew about it. One afternoon, his friend Rohan accidentally broke a flowerpot in the school garden. Instead of helping Rohan, Kavi ran around telling everyone, 'Did you hear? Rohan is so careless! He breaks everything!' Rohan felt deeply hurt and ashamed. A few weeks later, the village announced a grand storytelling competition. Kavi, who loved stories, was very excited to participate. However, as he prepared to speak, the villagers began whispering among themselves. 'Kavi talks so much about others' mistakes,' one elder said. 'How can we trust his words when he doesn't even notice his own flaws?' Soon, a story about Kavi's own dishonesty surfaced, spreading through the village just as fast as his gossip had. Kavi realized that by pointing fingers at others, he had only invited people to look for his own faults. He learned his lesson and decided to speak only of kindness from then on.
