Words vs. Deeds

In a peaceful village lived two boys, Arjun and Leo. Arjun was known for his loud voice and even louder promises. 'I can climb the tallest tree in a day!' he would boast to everyone. 'I can run faster than the wind!' he would shout. People would nod, but they knew Arjun's words were like bubbles—bright but empty. Leo, on the other hand, was quiet. He spent his time practicing climbing and running in the woods. One summer, the village held a grand competition. Arjun arrived with great confidence, telling everyone, 'Watch me! I will win easily!' But as soon as the race began, Arjun grew tired quickly and struggled to finish. He had talked much but done little. Leo, however, ran with steady strength and won the prize. The village elder approached Arjun and said kindly, 'Arjun, a man is not measured by the greatness of his speech, but by the weight of his actions. Empty words are like dry leaves blown away by the wind.' Arjun realized his mistake and decided to let his hard work speak for him from then on.
