The True Treasure

In a peaceful village lived two boys, Leo and Sam. Leo came from a very wealthy family; his room was filled with shiny gadgets, expensive toys, and mountains of sweets. Sam, on the other hand, lived in a small hut and had nothing but a simple wooden stick to play with. One sunny afternoon, while walking toward the village fair, a sudden heavy rain turned the path into a muddy swamp. Leo, carrying his heavy bag of expensive toys, slipped and fell. His toys scattered into the deep mud, becoming useless and broken. Leo sat there crying, feeling completely helpless despite his wealth. Sam arrived and saw Leo's distress. Instead of crying, Sam used his wits. He looked around, found some sturdy fallen branches, and used his wooden stick to measure the ground, creating a makeshift bridge for Leo to reach his belongings safely. Sam’s cleverness saved the day. Leo realized that all his toys were meaningless if he didn't have the wisdom to handle a difficult situation. He learned that Sam, though poor in possessions, was truly rich in everything that mattered.
