The Pillar of the Family

In a small, peaceful village lived a young man named Arjun. He lived with his elderly parents. One year, a terrible drought hit the village. Most of the young men in the village left for the city to find easy jobs or simply to escape the hardship. However, Arjun decided to stay. Arjun would simply reply, 'My hard work is the strength my family needs.' Through his sweat and persistence, he managed to revive their small patch of land. Because he chose labor over ease, his parents never went hungry, and their worries faded away. Arjun wasn't just a son; he became the sturdy pillar that held his entire family upright.
