In a peaceful village lived two best friends, Arjun and Ravi. Arjun was the son of a farmer, and Ravi was the son of a carpenter. They had grown up playing together, sharing everything from snacks to secrets. One year, a severe drought hit the village. Arjun's family struggled immensely as their crops withered away. Feeling helpless, Arjun worried that his friend Ravi might distance himself to avoid the burden of helping. However, Ravi's family was also facing financial difficulties. Despite this, Ravi did something unexpected. He took all his small savings and brought them to Arjun's house. He didn't stop there; he also helped Arjun's father find extra work in the nearby town. Arjun, moved to tears, asked, 'Ravi, your family is also struggling. Why did you help me?' Ravi smiled warmly and said, 'True friendship isn't about being there when things are easy, Arjun. It's about standing by each other when things get hard.' The hardship didn't break their bond; it made it stronger than ever.
