In a peaceful village lived two boys named Arjun and Rohan. Arjun was a kind-hearted boy who valued honesty above all else. Rohan, on the other hand, was very charming and always spoke sweet words, making everyone believe he was Arjun's best friend. One summer, the village announced a grand craft fair. Arjun decided to make beautiful clay lamps to sell. Rohan came to him with a bright smile and said, 'Don't worry, Arjun! I will stand by you. We are a team!' Arjun felt encouraged and worked hard alongside Rohan. However, as the fair began, Arjun's lamps became a huge success. Seeing the crowd around Arjun, Rohan's sweetness turned into bitterness. Instead of helping, Rohan started whispering to the villagers that Arjun's lamps were poorly made and would break easily. When Arjun confronted him, heartbroken, Rohan coldly replied, 'I was only with you to share your success. Now that you are doing well on your own, I have no use for you.' Arjun realized that Rohan's friendship was never real; it was merely a mask that slipped away when it no longer served his interest.

The story illustrates how people who pretend to be friends for personal gain will change their attitude once their interests are met or challenged. The friendship of those who seem to be friends while they are not, will change like the love of women
