The Mountain's Resolve

In a peaceful valley lived a kind boy named Sam and his father, Mr. Thomas, who was highly respected by everyone. One day, a wealthy merchant named Victor arrived in the village. Victor was very rich, but he was also very arrogant. He looked down upon the simple villagers and treated them as if they were beneath him. One afternoon, Sam's family offered to help Victor set up his new shop. Instead of being grateful, Victor mocked them, saying, 'Why should I take help from people like you?' Mr. Thomas remained calm, but he quietly informed the village elders about Victor's disrespectful behavior. The villagers, who were as steady and unyielding as a mountain, decided not to support Victor's business anymore. They stopped visiting his shop and refused to cooperate with him. Victor tried to use his money to win them over, but it was too late. Without the community's support, his business failed, and he had to leave the valley in shame.
