In a small village, Maran, a hardworking farmer, lived with his wife Nila and their young son Kavin. They had a very small piece of land and lived a simple life. It was exhausting work, but he never missed a day. However, Nila, his wise wife, realized that just carrying water wouldn't be enough to save them. She spent her afternoons talking to the elders and learning about plants that could grow with very little water. She also designed a clever way to drip the water directly to the roots of the plants so none would be wasted.
Marán’s tireless effort and Nila’s smart planning worked like a perfect team. While Maran brought the water, Nila ensured every drop was used wisely. Soon, while other farms remained dry and brown, Maran’s small garden turned lush and green. Their hard work and intelligence brought them through the crisis.
