In a peaceful village lived two close friends, Kavin and Magizh. They shared everything, but they were also known for their spirited debates. One evening, while sitting by the flowing river, a serious discussion broke out between them.

"I don't believe in God, Magizh. It's all just a story!" Kavin declared suddenly.

Magizh looked at him with surprise. "How can you say that, Kavin? If there is no divine power, how does the world keep moving?"

Kavin pointed toward the village path. "Look around! There are people struggling for food, and others suffering from illness. If a God truly existed, why would He allow such misery and pain to exist in the world?"

Magizh remained calm. Just then, an elderly man walked slowly past them. His hair was snowy white, and his face was etched with the lines of many years. Magizh turned to Kavin and said softly, "Kavin, look at that old man. His white hair is a sign of the many seasons he has lived through and the wisdom he has gained."

Kavin looked confused. Magizh continued, "God is not a magician who descends from the clouds to wave a wand and make all problems vanish. Instead, God is the strength that helps a person endure hardship, and the compassion that moves one person to help another. When we see kindness in a stranger's eyes or courage in a person's heart during a storm, that is where God resides."

Kavin sat in silence, reflecting on Magizh's words. He thought of the doctors who cared for the sick and the neighbors who shared their bread with the hungry. He realized that while God might not be a visible figure, the goodness in human hearts was the truest form of divinity. His anger faded, replaced by a sense of peace.
