In a peaceful village lived two friends, Somu and Raghu. Somu was a hardworking farmer, and Raghu was a trader. One day, a dark thought entered Raghu's mind. He began to feel an improper attraction toward Somu's wife, Meena, and thought of ways to interfere in their happy home.
As Raghu tried to act inappropriately, his life changed instantly. He was no longer the happy man he once was. Every time he saw Somu, his heart raced with fear. He felt the heavy weight of sin in his soul, the constant dread of being discovered, and the crushing shame of losing his reputation in the village. He had lost his peace of mind.
Seeing his friend's pale face, Somu asked, 'Raghu, why do you look so troubled lately?' Raghu couldn't hide it anymore. He confessed his wrong intentions and wept. He realized that by coveting what belonged to his friend, he had invited hatred, sin, fear, and disgrace into his own life. He decided to mend his ways and respect the boundaries of friendship and family. Only then did the shadows leave his heart, and he found peace again.
