In a lush green forest lived a rabbit named Somu. Somu had a heart of gold, but he had one big flaw: he was far too trusting. He would believe anyone's words without a second thought. One sunny afternoon, a new fox named Rohini arrived in the forest. Rohini was very charming and spoke with a sweet voice. When she met Somu, she said, "Oh Somu, you are such a kind and handsome rabbit! I would love to be your best friend." Somu was overjoyed. Rohini then whispered, "I know a secret garden filled with the sweetest carrots. Come with me, and I will show you the way." Kadhir, a wise old owl, watched this from a tree. Kadhir warned him, "Somu, be careful. Do not trust strangers so easily. It could lead to trouble." But Somu brushed him off, saying, "You are just being jealous, Kadhir. Rohini is wonderful!" Somu followed Rohini into a dark, narrow thicket. Suddenly, Rohini's sweet smile vanished. "Now, you are my dinner!" she growled. Somu trembled with fear. Just then, Kadhir swooped down and knocked a heavy branch toward the fox, creating a distraction. In the chaos, Somu managed to bolt away to safety. Somu realized his mistake. He learned that love and kindness must always be guided by wisdom and caution.
