In a small, quiet village lived a young boy named Arjun. Although his family was poor, Arjun's dreams were as vast as the ocean. He wanted to become a great doctor to help everyone in his village. Some of his classmates used to tease him, saying, "Arjun, you are just a farmer's son. Don't dream too big; it's not for people like us."
Arjun didn't let their words dampen his spirit. He constantly told himself, "I am meant for greatness. I will heal the sick."
Years later, after working very hard, Arjun finally secured a seat in a prestigious medical college. But just as he was about to start, a massive flood hit his village, destroying his home and the small savings his family had kept for his education. Everyone thought Arjun's dream was over. They pitied him, thinking he would now have to settle for a simple life of farming.
But Arjun was different. He didn't feel defeated. He believed that while his circumstances had changed, his purpose had not. He thought, "The flood took my money, but it cannot take my vision."
He took up manual labor in the fields during the day and studied under the dim light of a lamp at night. Slowly, bit by bit, he rebuilt his savings. His unwavering focus and high thinking guided him through the darkest times. Eventually, Arjun did become a renowned doctor, proving that a great mind is never truly defeated by fate.
