The Spark Within

In a bright little village lived a boy named Aryan. Aryan was smart, but he lacked one thing: the drive to act. Whenever there was a task, he would say, 'I'll do it later,' or 'It's too hard.' His grandfather, a wise man named Vikram, often watched him with concern. One summer, the village faced a great water shortage. While other children played, a girl named Meera decided to build small clay channels to collect every drop of dew and rainwater. She worked tirelessly under the sun, her hands dusty but her eyes bright with purpose. Aryan watched her and thought, 'That looks like too much work. I'll help when I feel like it.' Months passed. Meera’s hard work turned her small garden into a lush green oasis. Aryan, however, had done nothing. He sat under the shade, much like a tree that simply exists without purpose. He realized that having a body is not enough; without the inner energy to strive and create, a person is no different from a silent tree. He decided that from that day on, he would find his spark.
