Once he understood, he designed a complex system of small ponds and underground channels to catch every drop of rain (Execution).
During the construction, the workers grew tired and complained about the heat. Arjun went to them and said with calm confidence, "If we finish this canal today, our children will never go thirsty again. I promise you, this hard work will bring life back to our fields" (Assuring Advice). Inspired by his certainty, the workers finished the task. When the first rains came, the kingdom flourished. The King realized that Arjun wasn't just an advisor, but a true minister who knew, acted, and spoke with purpose.
