In a lush green forest, a rabbit named Kavi and a parrot named Pip were inseparable friends. One sunny morning, driven by hunger, they decided to wander toward the edge of the woods to find something delicious to eat.
As they approached the forest boundary, they discovered a magnificent garden overflowing with ripe berries and crunchy vegetables. Pip’s eyes widened with excitement. "Look, Kavi! It’s a feast! Let’s just grab a few berries and head back!" Pip chirped eagerly.
However, as Kavi stepped closer to the garden fence, he noticed something strange. Standing in the middle of the garden was a tall, motionless figure that looked remarkably like a human. Kavi immediately pulled back.
"Wait, Pip!" Kavi whispered urgently. "Look at that figure in the center. It looks just like a person. If it's watching us, we won't be able to eat in peace."
Pip laughed, fluttering his wings. "Don't be silly, Kavi! It’s just a scarecrow made of straw. It can't move or think. You can fly down, pick some fruit, and I'll keep a lookout!"
Kavi shook his head firmly. "That’s exactly the point, Pip. The farmer put that scarecrow there to frighten birds away. If he is clever enough to use a decoy to trick birds, he is definitely clever enough to set traps or nets for animals like us. It is not worth the risk."
Pip realized that Kavi was right. It was better to be hungry and safe than to be full and in danger. Instead of risking a trap, the two friends turned around and headed back to the safety of their forest home.

Never rush into a situation without understanding the hidden dangers.
