In a small, sunlit village, lived two boys named Aryan and Leo. Aryan came from a wealthy family and had every toy a child could dream of. However, Aryan was very selfish. He believed that everything he owned was strictly for his own use. If another child asked to play with his ball, he would hide it away. Leo, on the other hand, had very little. He lived in a modest house and played with simple wooden sticks, but his heart was full of kindness. He would share his small snacks with anyone who was hungry.
One summer, a great drought hit the village. The wells ran dry, and many families struggled. Aryan’s father had plenty of grain stored in large sacks, but Aryan refused to let anyone even touch a single grain, fearing his collection would decrease. Leo, seeing his elderly neighbor struggling to find water, decided to share the little water he had saved in his small earthen pot. Even though it meant Leo would be thirsty, he felt a strange sense of peace.
Later that year, a heavy storm damaged Aryan's house. As he sat in the rain, feeling lonely and scared, he realized that all his toys and riches couldn't comfort him. Suddenly, Leo appeared with a small blanket and a piece of bread, offering them to Aryan. Aryan realized that while he had spent his life guarding his things, Leo had spent his life guarding people's happiness. He learned that true wealth isn't what we keep, but what we give away.
