The Treasure of Kindness

In a peaceful village lived a man named Samuel and his wife, Martha. Samuel was a hardworking man, but he had one flaw: he was obsessed with hoarding wealth. He believed that every grain of rice and every coin must be locked away for a 'rainy day.' Martha, on the other hand, had a heart full of compassion, but she often felt helpless because Samuel wouldn't let her share anything with others. Years passed, and a sudden illness struck Samuel, leaving him unable to work. Despite his massive storehouse, he felt lonely and abandoned. However, a surprising thing happened. The very family he had once refused to help—who had been touched by Martha's quiet kindness—returned to the village and helped Samuel's family through their darkest time.
