Once in the peaceful village of Solapur, lived a hardworking young man named Kadir. He was wise but had very little to his name. One day, King Vikram announced a challenge to find a capable leader for his kingdom. He gave a bag of seeds and a small patch of land to several young men.
Kadir approached the task with great care. First, he carefully selected the best seeds and prepared the soil (Acquiring). As the crops grew, he worked tirelessly to harvest the bounty and store it safely in his granary (Laying up). When a sudden drought hit the village, Kadir’s foresight in storing the grain meant his family and neighbors didn't go hungry (Guarding). Finally, when the village faced a shortage, he distributed the grain fairly among the elderly and the needy, ensuring no one was left behind (Distributing).
The King, observing Kadir's wisdom, realized that true leadership isn't just about making wealth, but about managing it. He appointed Kadir as the Royal Treasurer.
