In a peaceful village lived two friends, Arjun and Leo. Arjun was calm and thoughtful, while Leo was always in a hurry to do things without thinking. One sunny afternoon, the village elder asked them, 'If you knew a storm was coming tomorrow, what would you do?'
Leo laughed and said, 'I would just dance in the rain! Why worry about tomorrow?' Arjun, however, stayed quiet. He went home and checked the roof of his small hut, stored extra grain in a dry place, and gathered strong ropes to tie down his garden plants.
The next morning, the sky turned dark, and a fierce storm hit the village. Leo was caught in the heavy rain, shivering and soaked. To his dismay, the wind blew away the small vegetable patch he had just planted. Arjun, on the other hand, was safe inside his sturdy hut. He used his ropes to protect his plants and stayed dry.
Seeing Leo's sadness, Arjun shared his umbrella. Leo realized his mistake and said, 'I wish I had thought ahead like you.' Arjun smiled and replied, 'Knowing what is to come helps us stay ready.' From that day on, Leo learned to think before he acted.
