In a peaceful village lived a young boy named Arjun. Arjun was full of energy, but he had one big weakness: he loved sweets and oily snacks far too much. One day, during the village festival, Arjun decided to celebrate by eating nothing but delicious treats from morning until night. 'Just one more piece!' he would say, ignoring his tummy's signals.
The next morning, Arjun woke up with a terrible stomach ache. He felt heavy, hot, and could barely move. His mother, Meera, looked at him with concern. She prepared a light, nutritious meal, making sure he didn't eat too much or too little. His father, Ravi, sat beside him and said softly, 'Arjun, our bodies are like a delicate instrument. If you give it too much of one thing, or not enough of what it needs, it breaks. Whether it is the food we eat or the work we do, balance is the key to health.'
After a few days of eating simple, healthy food and resting properly, Arjun felt strong again. He realized that being greedy with food or being too lazy with work would only lead to trouble. From that day on, Arjun always practiced the art of moderation.
