In the peaceful village of Nilagiri lived a young boy named Kari. Kari loved food more than anything else in the world. His mother, Nila, always prepared healthy meals with vegetables and lentils, hoping he would grow strong. However, Kari had a habit of craving sweets and oily snacks, no matter how full he was. One afternoon, a grand festival arrived in the village. The air was filled with the delicious aroma of fried treats and sugary desserts. Kari couldn't resist. He ate plate after plate of jalebis, samosas, and heavy sweets. His friend, Maran, warned him, 'Kari, aren't you full yet?' Kari just laughed and said, 'There is always room for more!'
By the next morning, Kari's laughter had turned into cries of pain. His stomach was aching terribly, and he felt too weak to even stand. The village doctor, Vivek, examined him and said gently, 'Kari, you ignored the limits of your body. Eating without moderation brings many troubles to your health.' Kari felt very sorry for his greed. After a few days of eating light, healthy food and resting, he finally felt better. From that day on, Kari learned to enjoy his food, but always in the right amount.
