In a peaceful village, a young boy named Muthu lived with his grandfather. Muthu loved nature and dreamed of having the most beautiful garden in the village. One spring morning, his grandfather gave him a handful of seeds and said, 'Plant these, Muthu, and watch them grow.'
Muthu was very excited. He spent the whole morning digging the soil and carefully planting the seeds. Every single day, he rushed to the garden to pour plenty of water on them. However, after a few weeks, Muthu became sad. The plants were tiny, weak, and many were being choked by wild weeds growing around them. 'Grandpa, I watered them every day! Why aren't they growing strong?' Muthu asked with tears in his eyes.
Grandpa sat beside him and gently explained, 'Muthu, digging the soil is just the beginning. To make it truly fertile, you must nourish it with manure. And once the plants sprout, simply giving them water isn't enough. You must protect them by removing the weeds and watching over them closely every day.'
Muthu realized his mistake. He stopped just pouring water and started focusing on nourishing the soil and weeding the garden. He spent time observing each leaf and stem. Soon, the garden transformed into a lush, green paradise. Muthu learned that true success comes not just from doing a task, but from nurturing it with care and attention.
