In a vast, emerald forest, there lived a mighty Lion King. As the years passed, the King grew old and decided it was time to pass the throne to his son, the young Prince Lion.

He consulted his seasoned ministers, the Elephant and the Fox. The Fox suggested, "Your Majesty, the Prince needs real-world experience. Let him choose new ministers and take them on a journey to learn the secrets of the woods."

The King decided to hold a selection. He shot an arrow into the clearing. To everyone's surprise, the arrow landed in front of a small Frog, and the second arrow fell near a slow-moving Turtle. The forest animals burst into laughter. "The old King has lost his aim!" they mocked. "How can a Frog and a Turtle be ministers?"

Despite the laughter, the Prince decided to follow the old ministers' advice. He appointed the Frog and the Turtle as his advisors and set off on a journey into the deep forest.

Not long into the trek, the Frog and the Turtle sat down under a large tree to rest. The Prince was annoyed. "We haven't even started our journey, and you are already resting!" he barked. The Turtle replied calmly, "Your Majesty, this is a long journey. If we do not gather food and energy now, we will struggle later. It is better to be prepared." The Prince, though frustrated, agreed to collect supplies and continued.

As they traveled, they encountered a path ravaged by a recent storm. Fallen trees and mud blocked the way. The Prince felt discouraged, but the Frog said, "Do not worry, Sire. Because we gathered extra food earlier, we don't need to stop and search for food in this mess. We can keep moving."

When they reached a dark, thicket, the Frog used his sharp hearing to whisper, "Be careful, Sire. I can hear the rustle of predators nearby." The Turtle then pointed toward a quiet, untouched path. "This way is safer, as the plants here are undisturbed by large animals."

Next, they reached a rushing river. The Prince looked at the swirling water with doubt. The Turtle reminded him, "A King must make decisions. We are here to tell you if your choice is wise." The Prince observed the water closely. He noticed bubbles forming in specific spots. He realized that where the bubbles rose, there were hidden rocks beneath the surface. Using these rocks as stepping stones, he crossed the river safely.

Suddenly, they heard a Dove crying. "What happened?" asked the Prince. "A snake ate my eggs," the Dove sobbed. "I built my nest on a low branch." The Prince replied kindly, "Do not blame the snake. Instead, learn to build your nest on a higher, safer branch next time."

The Frog and the Turtle watched this. The Prince thought, "They are going to tell my father that I am lecturing birds instead of ruling!"

But the Frog smiled and said, "Your Majesty, you have proven your worth. Instead of seeking revenge on the snake, you taught the Dove how to be safe. That is the mark of a true leader."

The Prince realized that his new ministers weren't chosen by chance. Their wisdom was far greater than any strength. He ruled the forest with great success, guided by his small but brilliant advisors.
