In a peaceful village lived a boy named Arjun. He was known for his gentle nature and immense patience. In the same village lived a boy named Vikram, who was quite the opposite. Vikram was proud and often felt he could do whatever he wanted because he was stronger. One afternoon, while they were playing near a large banyan tree, Vikram purposefully knocked over Arjun’s sandcastle and stepped on his toys, breaking them. 'You are too weak to stop me!' Vikram boasted loudly.
Arjun felt a sting of sadness, but he did not shout back or try to fight. He simply picked up his broken toys and walked away quietly. The next day, while running through the fields, Vikram tripped over a hidden root and fell into a muddy ditch. He twisted his ankle and couldn't get up. He cried out for help, but his other friends, frightened by his sudden fall, ran away.
To Vikram's surprise, Arjun appeared. Despite how Vikram had treated him, Arjun didn't show any anger. He knelt down, helped Vikram out of the ditch, and guided him to a shaded spot. He even brought some clean water to wash the mud off Vikram's face. Vikram looked down in shame. 'Why are you helping me after what I did?' he whispered. Arjun smiled gently and said, 'Anger only creates more trouble, Vikram. Kindness and patience are the true strengths.' Overwhelmed by Arjun's grace, Vikram apologized sincerely, and from that day on, they became inseparable friends.
