In a peaceful village, a young boy named Arjun lived with his grandfather. His grandfather owned a vast orchard. One morning, Grandpa handed Arjun a small, dark seed. 'Arjun, plant this in the garden. It will be hard work, and you might feel tired, but if you stay firm, it will bring you great joy,' Grandpa said.
Arjun planted the seed. But as the weeks passed, the work became difficult. He had to carry heavy buckets of water under the scorching sun, pull out stubborn weeds, and protect the tiny sprout from hungry insects. One evening, after a long day of labor, Arjun sat under a tree and cried. 'Grandpa, this is too hard! My hands ache, and I feel so tired. I don't want to do this anymore!'
Grandpa sat beside him and gently said, 'Arjun, the struggle you feel now is just a temporary shadow. If you give up now, you will never see the light at the end. Be brave and stay the course.'
Encouraged by his grandfather, Arjun didn't give up. He watered the plant every day, even when he was tired. Seasons changed, and months passed.
