In a peaceful village, a young boy named Kari lived with his grandfather. Kari loved food, but he had one bad habit: he always wanted to eat more than he needed, especially sweets and oily snacks, even after a full meal. n One evening, after eating a nutritious vegetable meal prepared by his grandfather, Kari immediately started devouring a large pile of sugary treats. His grandfather gently advised, "Kari, don't let your cravings override your hunger. Eat only what your body truly needs."
Kari didn't listen. Over the next few days, he began to feel heavy, sluggish, and suffered from frequent stomach aches. He couldn't run or play with his friends anymore. Feeling miserable, he realized his mistake.
His grandfather sat beside him and said, "Food is like fuel, Kari. If you take in too much of the wrong kind, your engine will stall. If you eat moderate, wholesome food, your body will stay strong and free from harm."
Kari understood. He started choosing healthy, simple meals and eating in moderation. Soon, his energy returned, and he felt stronger than ever.
