In a peaceful village lived two best friends, Arjun and Leo. Arjun was a calm boy who loved food, but he always knew when to stop. He would eat slowly, savoring every bite, and stop as soon as he felt satisfied. Leo, on the other hand, was a great lover of food, but he had one big problem: he couldn't stop eating. He would eat until his stomach felt heavy and tight.
One sunny afternoon, the village held a grand festival. There were mountains of delicious rice, spicy curries, and sweet treats. Arjun took a small portion, enjoyed the flavors, and finished his meal feeling light and energetic. He spent the rest of the day running through the meadows with the other children. Leo, however, went back for seconds, thirds, and even fourths. He ate so much that he felt sick almost immediately.
By evening, while Arjun was playing happily, Leo was curled up in bed, clutching his stomach in pain. He couldn't even enjoy the festival music. Arjun sat by his friend's side and said softly, 'Food is meant to give us strength, Leo, not to make us suffer.' Leo realized that his greed had stolen his joy. From that day on, Leo learned the art of eating moderately, and he soon regained his strength and happiness.
