In a peaceful village lived two boys, Arjun and Ravi. Arjun came from a very wealthy family, while Ravi was the son of a humble laborer. Despite his wealth, Arjun often spoke rudely to others, thinking he was superior. Ravi, on the other hand, was always kind and spoke with great respect to everyone he met.
One afternoon, during the village fair, a small child accidentally bumped into an elderly man. Arjun, watching from a distance, laughed loudly and shouted, 'Hey kid! Watch where you're going! You don't belong in such crowds!' His words were sharp and condescending. However, Ravi immediately rushed to the elderly man, helped him steady himself, and said softly, 'Please forgive him, Sir. It was an accident. Are you hurt?'
The villagers noticed the difference immediately. Arjun’s expensive clothes could not hide the bitterness in his voice, which showed his lack of character. Ravi’s simple clothes could not hide the nobility in his speech, which revealed his greatness of heart. Arjun realized that true nobility isn't about what you own, but how you speak to others.
