In a lush, green pond lived two inseparable frog friends, Mani and Somu. While Somu was content with the cool water and the dragonflies, Mani always dreamed of seeing the world beyond the reeds. One bright morning, Mani exclaimed, "Somu, why don't we travel to the Great City? I have heard it is filled with wonders and sparkling lights!"
Somu hesitated, looking at the long path ahead, but he didn't want to let his friend go alone. "Alright, Mani, let's see what this city is all about," he agreed.
They began their long journey, hopping over pebbles and navigating through thick patches of moss. It was exhausting work for such small creatures. After what felt like hours of traveling, they reached the base of a small, grassy mound. Mani, panting heavily, pointed ahead. "Look, Somu! We are almost there! The Great City must be right behind that hill!"
Curious to see for himself, Somu climbed onto Mani's back to get a better view. He peered over the edge of the mound, squinting his eyes. To his surprise, all he could see were the same green fields, the same familiar trees, and the same shimmering pond they had just left.
Somu hopped down, looking puzzled. "Mani, you were right! The Great City looks exactly like our home! It has the same grass and the same trees!"
Mani nodded proudly, feeling satisfied with their effort. "Exactly! There is no need to go any further. We have traveled so far just to see that the city is just like our pond. Let's head back and tell everyone about our great discovery!"
They returned home, boasting to the other frogs that the Great City was nothing special and looked just like their own little world. Because they refused to see beyond what they already knew, they never realized how vast the world truly was.

Without curiosity and exploration, we remain trapped in our own small perspectives.
