In a peaceful village lived a young boy named Arjun. Arjun had a beautiful wooden toy car that he loved more than anything else in the world. He carried it everywhere. One afternoon, while playing in the garden with his friend Rohan, the toy car fell from a height and broke into pieces. Arjun was heartbroken. He cried loudly, feeling as if his whole world had ended.
His grandfather, a wise man, sat beside him and gently wiped his tears. 'Arjun,' he said softly, 'everything we hold onto so tightly is temporary. The joy the toy gave you was real, but the pain you feel now is because you are too attached to it. If you learn to enjoy things without letting them own your heart, you will never be truly sad.'
Arjun thought deeply about his grandfather's words. He realized that his sadness wasn't just about the broken toy, but about his intense desire to keep it forever. He began to understand that things come and go, but inner peace should remain. From that day on, Arjun played with joy, but he learned to let go of things with a calm heart.
