In a peaceful village lived a young boy named Kari. Kari was talented and energetic, but he had a habit of rushing into things without thinking. His father was a master potter, and one sunny morning, Kari was given a special task: to create a large clay vase for the village festival.
Kari was thrilled. He had the finest clay and the most beautiful carving tools. However, in his excitement to finish quickly, he didn't stop to plan. He didn't consider how much weight the vase would need to hold or how thick the base should be. He worked fast, sculpting intricate patterns, but he made the bottom of the vase much too thin.
By evening, the vase looked magnificent. Kari danced with joy. But the next morning, when he tried to fill it with water to show his father, the thin base couldn't support the weight. With a loud 'crack,' the vase shattered into pieces. Kari sat on the ground, heartbroken. All his expensive tools and high-quality clay couldn't save his hard work.
His father sat beside him and said softly, 'Kari, a coward has no shield, no matter how strong his fortress is. Similarly, a person who acts without thought has no true success, no matter how many advantages they possess.' Kari understood. From that day on, he learned that speed is nothing without mindfulness.
