In a peaceful village lived a young boy named Kavin and his wise grandfather. Kavin's grandfather was known for his healing wisdom, always saying that food is the best medicine. One sunny afternoon, Kavin saw a feast of his favorite sweets and fried snacks on the table. Without waiting for a signal, Kavin began eating greedily. He ate so much that his stomach felt tight and heavy. nInstead of running out to play with his friends, Kavin slumped on the sofa, feeling sluggish and tired. "Grandpa, why do I feel so sleepy and weak?" he asked with a frown.
Grandfather sat beside him and said gently, "Kavin, your body is still working hard to digest that mountain of food. When you eat before the previous meal is finished, you are giving your body a heavy burden to carry, not fuel. It is like trying to pack a suitcase that is already full—it only causes strain."
"To stay strong and live a long, healthy life, you must wait until your hunger returns and your stomach is clear. Eat with moderation, and your body will thank you," Grandfather advised.
Kavin understood. From that day on, he learned to listen to his body, eating only what was necessary and waiting for his food to digest properly. He soon found he had much more energy to play and explore.
